- How does cancelling work?
- Premium renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings, and it lasts to the end of what you paid for. After that you’re back on Basic with your data intact.
- Why doesn’t Basic include tailoring?
- Tailoring, cover letters and answer drafts use AI, which costs money for each job. Basic uses your own resume and letter, so it can stay free.
- Who handles payment?
- Stripe, the merchant of record for Lapelo’s paid plans. Lapelo never sees your full card number.
