Lapelo prepares the answers on every application from your profile, and remembers each new one you give it.
The usual questions, handled
Set your answers once for things like work authorization, salary expectations and start date. Lapelo uses them on every form, in whatever wording the employer chose.
Drafts for the open-ended ones
On Premium, questions like “Why do you want to work here?” get a draft based on your resume and the posting. A draft can’t include a number that isn’t on your resume, and you can edit it on the form.
New questions come to you
When a question needs a fact only you know, Lapelo leaves it blank instead of guessing. Answer it once and it’s saved for the next form, where you can also correct or remove it.
Common questions
- Will Lapelo answer demographic questions?
- Only with what you put in your profile. Voluntary questions you left blank are declined.
