Job matching
Find the jobs that actually fit you.
Lapelo checks employers’ hiring systems for open roles and scores each one against your resume, so the best matches reach you first.
A score you can trust
Each job is scored on how well your title, skills and experience line up with what the posting asks for. Scores are deliberately strict, so a high number means something. You see the same score on every page, along with the reasons behind it.
For every kind of job
Lapelo isn’t only for engineers. It works from the words in your resume and in each posting, so nurses, teachers, drivers and store managers get real matches too.
Your rules come first
Choose your target titles, countries, cities, work setting and minimum salary. Jobs outside them stay out of your queue. If you leave titles blank, Lapelo starts from the roles on your resume.
Common questions
- Where do the jobs come from?
- From employers’ own hiring systems, such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and iCIMS, so you apply directly with the employer.
- What if a good job falls outside my target titles?
- When your target titles run out, Lapelo can also suggest related roles in the same field. You can turn that off in your job preferences.
